The Clerk of the Circuit Court, Volusia Sheriff's Office, and Volusia County Division of Corrections each set their own hours and policies. The Volusia County Clerk of the Circuit Court is the official custodian of circuit and county court records in Volusia County. The Clerk's main courthouse is at 101 North Alabama Avenue, DeLand, FL 32724. Phone: (386) 736-5915. Only the Clerk can issue certified copies with an official seal.

No Records on This Site
This site does not host any Volusia County court records, jail rosters, warrant data, marriage records, divorce records, or vital records. We point you to the Volusia County Clerk of the Circuit Court, the Volusia Sheriff's Office, the Volusia County Division of Corrections, and Florida state agencies that do hold those records. To get an actual document, you have to request it from the issuing office.
Florida's public-records law under Florida Statute 119.07 requires government custodians to permit inspection and copying of public records. Florida Statute 119.0714 addresses exemptions that apply specifically to court files. Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.420 governs what the Clerk may and may not display publicly online. This site has no role in any of those processes.
